UX Designer Senior 

 

The UX Designer Senior is responsible to create relevant products and services that solve users problems and needs based ona full understanding of the design process, research, user experience methodologies and usability processes and tools. 

 

Main responsibilities:

 

·         Able to lead a product design process from E2E (From Research to Dev delivery).

·         Analyse business goals, user needs and product scope to design products that helps to solve our users’ problems.

·         Build digital products and services based on user experience principles and user research findings.

·         Knowledge in User research exploratory methologies to gather information on early stages of the projects.

·         Know our user needs and business goals to design relevant products and services to the market.

·         Effectively interpret user research results to transform them into product and service design solutions.

·         Oversee the prototyping and build the user research necessary assets.

·         Know and interpret the guidelines of the brand, design system and toolkit, to consider them in the user experience design.

·         Work together with the technology teams to know the technical scope and consider them in the user experience design.

·         Collaborate on product design with experience, research, technology, and business teams.

·         Use agile design processes and methodologies in the products and services creation.

·         Know in depth the design system scope and use its components to create the best solution that helps our clients solve their needs.

·         Build the documentation necessary to support the decisions taken to explain how the user experience designed solve our user needs.

·         Identify needs, opportunities, or improvements of digital assets.

 

 

Solicitud

·     

The role holder needs to have knowledge and experience in the following areas: 

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 

·         Fluency in English and Spanish. 

·         +3 years as UX Designer, Visual Designer, Interaction Designer or similar. 

·         Full stack designer with understanding of user research, visual and interaction design. 

·         Previous experience designing digital products and services right from the start. 

·         Experience with design systems and toolkits to adapt them in the creation of different products and services. 

·         Experience designing mobile applications and web platforms. 

·         Experience with prototyping and user testing tools. 

·         Deep understanding of research methods, Agile methodologies, and design thinking. 

·         Strong portfolio that shows the design process that drive to create the solution. 

·         Focused in user centric mindset, with data driven and critical thinking. 

·         Accustomed to working collaboratively with cross-functional team members as researchers, visual designers or technology and business stakeholders. 

·         Team player with high energy, ability to manage multiple and simultaneous initiatives. 

·         Performance under pressure. 

·         Passionate about creating human-centred solutions. 

·         Strong communication skills both verbal and written. 

·         Understanding of customer needs and trends, combined with an inquisitive passion for thinking about future needs. 

·         Proven history of delivering results on time.  

·         Strong desire and capability to learn and adapt and demonstrated business knowledge.
