The Vice President, Portfolio Services Leader is dynamic and determined, with a track record for successfully delivering innovative services products to enterprise customers. They lead a heavily matrixed, cross-functional team in close partnership with sales and customer success teams, and they leverage proprietary tools and methodologies to help customers increase their return on investment and time-to-value. They redefine traditional consulting models by focusing on business value, agility, and cloud principles ahead of technology.

They develop lasting client relationships and ensure successful customer engagements, proactively soliciting feedback from customers and taking action to resolve, improve, or enhance service and product delivery methods. The VP Portfolio Services Leader LATAM is a major contributor to the growth of the company, both internally and externally. They are highly skilled at building enterprise-grade, elite teams and intellectual property assets.

They are accountable for defining effective strategies and achieving results, and play fundamental roles in training, recruiting, coaching, and social corporate responsibility. They also partner with Communities, Enablement, and Employee Success to lead people management initiatives, and work across several business areas

  • including Project Delivery, Delivery Leads, Regional Operations Managers, Product, and Practice teams
  • to ensure Services success.

They are strong mentors who lead by example and embody the Salesforce values Responsibilities:Help clients and employees consistently meet/exceed goals and metrics Deliver high client satisfaction (CSAT) Positively impact client renewals (when applicable) Generate positive feedback from internal teams and leadership Show continued professional growth and development Basic Qualifications/Skills: Solid experience in leading professional services operations with high complexity Extensive experience working in Latin America, specially Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Central America and the Caribbean Solid people leadership background (a leader of leaders) Extensive, proven, and recent experience building and leading large, successful delivery teams of 400 or more Proven track record of consistently hitting delivery achievements, financial targets, and customer satisfaction goals Successful track record of leading go-to-market activities, from pipeline generation to closing deals Strong understanding of and experience with project management processes/methodologies (e.g., waterfall, agile, hybrid) Proven ability to build strong working relationships across multiple functions/levels; Understands cloud-based technologies; translates customer/business requirements into business solutions (and successfully positions with customers) Ability to travel; up to 50% Solid Spanish and English Preferred Qualifications Desired exposure and C-level contacts in some of the largest companies in LATAM specially large Banks, Telco, CPG or Retail Desired Solid experience in Consulting Areas of software or tech companies that has also a license or subscription business Desired exposure to CRM, Data, Marketing, Sales/Services technologies, or platforms Leadership Skills: PASSION: Passionate about Customer Success BEGINNERS MIND: Always learning; approaches each interaction with open mind; great listener and hands-on LEADERSHIP: Self-aware and strategic problem solver; proficient at building strong relationships and managing personnel COMMUNICATOR: Speaks and writes with clarity, brevity, and purpose; explains areas of expertise clearly and confidently to others; influences and engages C-Level with authority and confidence STORYTELLER: Confidently and effectively facilitates and presents; ably defends point-of-view; keeps audiences engaged and delivers a clear and memorable message TEAM PLAYER: Proficient at collaboration and working with members of a multi-functional team URGENCY: Ability to adapt quickly and drive business value and results OHANA: Embodies Aloha culture; a great teammate that everyone enjoys working with and has a generous heart TRUST: Trusts the company's core values; shows integrity, transparency, and reliability ADAPTABLE: Excels in high levels of uncertainty and change Accommodations
