You will work under the supervision of the person responsible for Sales Administration and will have interaction with Pre-Sales, Sales, Service, Marketing, Logistics and Financial areas of Harman as well as with direct customers in Mexico. Their key areas of responsibility are to provide Sales Administration support reports, analysis, etc.), helping to maintain the correct flow of the operation.What You Will DoProvide attention and follow-up on the requirements of clients from Mexico in particular:Availability: Provides information to clients with details of the availability of the equipment they require depending on the project.Support in purchase orders: Backup, when necessary, in purchase orders from Mexico.Prepare reports that support the Sales and Presales areas to have better visibility of current VS status. the objective as well as the particular situation of each client:Daily Sales Report: Prepare the daily sales report which allows visibility of the status vs. the monthly objective.Backorder Report: Weekly prepares the report on equipment pending supply, the details are done by client and by region.Biz Trackers Reports: On a monthly basis, create a report for each customer that shows their purchases for the month and the accumulated amount.CM Analysis: Supports in performing CM analysis for the products that are required.What You NeedBachelor´s Degree in Business or related careers.Excel Advanced Management.Observation skills.Responsibility.Tolerance.Commitment.Honesty.Discipline.English conversational (Oral and Written).What is Nice to HaveLeadershipChange OrientationCollaborationJudgementResults-DrivenWhat Makes You EligibleBe willing to travel up to 5%.Be willing to work in an office in Mexico City.Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employmentHARMAN is proud to be an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
