- Propose strategies to develop Wholesale Mexico and Latin American Franchises in terms of Sales, Visual, Marketing and Merchandising.
- Constantly monitor the performance of the brand in the different points of sale in order to achieve the objectives.
- Review weekly Sell-through and monthly Sell-in sales results to detect areas of opportunity and risks.
- Define budgets for each point of sale at the sell in and sell out level.
- Prepare the Open to Buy by shop, brand and category in line with the budget.
