This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly talented team focused on developing an innovative Digital Marketing strategy. This position manages the portfolio of online performance marketing channels to drive revenue, customer acquisition, and customer retention across Dockers’ wholesale partners. This role involves working closely with cross-functional team members as well as external vendors. This role will report to the Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing, Dockers.About the JobOwn performance media in a variety of channels across Dockers’ US & CA wholesale.com partners – including Amazon, Macy’s, & Kohls marketing channels and other retailers as needed.Optimize campaigns to maximize incremental revenue and achieve business goals.Monitor and evaluate market trends (consumer spending behavior, promotional landscape, competitive environment)Manage agency partners day to day and long term roadmaps.Collaborate with business owners, site merchants, creative, brand, and other teams in order to deliver ongoing business results. Partner with DTC, brand, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment in consumer experience and identify opportunities for operational and performance efficiencies.Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to evaluate performance against forecast and share performance data with business partners and stakeholders.Be the internal champion of performance marketing throughout the company.About You3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in an ecommerce environment3+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing channels (Google, Amazon, Criteo strongly preferred)Experience managing agencies to deliver results. Proven track record of managing a sizeable budget and building out marketing programs at scale.Knowledgeable about attribution strategy, incrementality testing, and LTV analysis.Advanced English proficiency required.Familiar with leveraging first and third-party data to drive consumer insights and audience strategies.Excellent quantitative analytics skills, must be able to use data to power marketing decision-making.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree or comparable working experiencePreferred SkillsHands-on experience with Amazon, Criteo or retailer platform advertising (Kohl’s, Macys, Walmart etc)LOCATIONMexico, D.F., MexicoFULL TIME/PART TIMEFull timeCurrent LS&Co Employees
