As Account Manager Field service, you are the trusted ‘face’ or representative for the member farmers in your region. You drive member engagement (satisfaction in your specific region, be the trusted partner of your member farmers and you are responsible for the retention of the respective kg of Milk. You show a genuine interest in your member farmers, have several farmer visits to prevent & solve issues, and to connect with them. You are the partner to talk about topics like membership, quality and challenges and drive engagement of the member farmers. As Account Manager Field service you are building a connection and relation by different contact moments, eg by organizing ‘huiskamerbijeenkomsten’.

HBO/Academic thinking and working level
Minimum years of relevant working experience
Considering the nature of the role (eg daily updated knowledge), we ask an availability of 32 hours or more
Strong Commercial attitude and communication skills
Agricultural & Dairy farming knowledge
Good skills to plan & organize (also for others, group meetings etc)
Good skills for facilitating and successful lead group meetings

The external market has changed, member farmers are attracted more and more by competition to deliver their milk to them making member engagement and even more important role we have. We have chosen to change our service model towards member farmers and the way we interact with them. This means, a different mindset, different capabilities & competencies, and a different approach how to connect with our member farmers is needed.
Responsible for member engagement & retention in their region
See opportunities for member farmers and realize / offer these
Organize and facilitate events group sessions (like huiskamerbijeenkomsten) and member farmer visits
Responsible (with Account Manager front office) to execute our quality program Focus Planet & our regulations on all member-farmers in their region & district
Responsible for support, including with "menselijke maat" decision authority for the member-farmers in their region
