The Account Manager Front Office supports, informs and advises member farmers. In this role you will receive questions via phone, email, and other ways of (digital) communication and you help and contact farmers pro-actively. The Account Manager Front Office helps to drive member engagement (satisfaction) in their specific region, becomes the trusted partner of their member farmers and is responsible for the retention of the respective kg of Milk. The Account Manager will also organize more than 50 group meetings (eg “huiskamerbijeenkomsten”) with member farmers together with districts.

HBO / Academic thinking and working level
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Considering the nature of the role (eg daily updated knowledge), we ask an availability of 32 hours or more
Agricultural & Dairy farming knowledge
Good communication skills and skills to plan & organize (also for others, group meetings etc)
Fluent Dutch, German and English language skills
Able to take responsibility in close cooperation in a small team with accountmanagers Fieldservice and accountmanagers Frontoffice

The external market has changed, member farmers are attracted more and more by competition to deliver their milk to them making member engagement and even more important role we have. We have chosen to change our service model towards member farmers and the way we interact with them.
