• Responsible for accurate and timely recording of accounting transactions.
• Assist in corporate month end close process.
• Provide comments for the monthly results.
• Interact with operations and financial teams.
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts.
• Support to forecasts, budgets and exposure analysis.
• Support year-end audits; provide auditors with schedule and reports.
• Ensure documentation of policies and procedure; update instructional documents as needed.
• Continuously monitor controls and recommend improvements and/or changes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience.
• Team player – able to communicate with other team members and external customers.
• Multi-task: work simultaneously on projects.
• Knowledge of the shipping and logistics industry is a plus
