Required Education / Experience / Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or Business Administration
- Experience in similar position 3+ years.
- Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma within 3 years
- Accounting Certification Preferred (ex. CPA, ACA).
- Language: +30% Basic English and Spanish is required.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to do tactical reporting, data mining, and critical analysis.
- MS Office suite Power User (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
- Tres & Sabe ERP acknowledge.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review payroll data and documents for deficiencies and errors
- Check if all amounts are correct based on hours worked and ensure payments are made on time.
- Analyze data related to compensation, such as salaries and bonuses.
- Monitor payroll transactions (e.g., through electronic banking).
- Conduct regular audits on payroll records and procedures.
- Process profit costs.
- Design, document and implement procedures to optimize payroll processes.
- Manage payment schedules for the fiscal year.
- Inform Management about problems and changes in payroll.
- Answer employee questions about salaries, benefits and taxes.
- Prepare reports and forecasts for senior management
- Ensure compliance with all compensation and tax regulations
