Position Purpose

Search, attract and recruit qualified candidates in distribution, logistics for all DC positions, in addition to the development of the entire DC recruitment and vacancy plan in conjunction with the CAT Talent Acquisition Manager.
Primary Accountabilities

Execution of the operational and administrative recruitment process, preparation and structure of the recruitment plan, verification of personnel requisition.

Preparation and improvement of recruitment strategies, design and organization of recruitment materials, recruitment of personnel through different means of recruitment, field recruitment, transfer of candidates in company vehicle.

Links with technical schools, municipal and state employment exchanges, links with labor inclusion organizations.

Execution of the Selection process, preparation and improvement of job descriptions, preparation and improvements of the selection check list and pre-filters, Share general information to the candidates about the distribution center, coordination of plant tours, medical and mathematical evaluations, final review of results.

Execution of the hiring process, verification of documents for personnel registrations, preparation and application of contracts, coordination of application of recruitment formats, verification and assignment of area, final review for personnel registrations.

Execution of the staff retention plan, continuous improvement in the general retention process, satisfaction surveys of new staff.

Make reports of weekly indicators and by period of recruitment effectiveness, retention through recruitment, analysis of selection by profile, general retention, and propose improvements of the results. 

Education & Experience

Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
Area of Study: Degree in Psychology, Administration, Communication or related career 
Years of Experience: Two to three years.
Type of Experience: Recruitment, selection, hiring and retention of personnel 
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Effective Recruitment, Effective Selection, Retention, Indicator Management, Continuous Improvement
