 POSITION SUMMARY                                                                                                                                                                         

The Market Sales Analytics Specialist will be responsible for supporting CALA Consumer Ops. Analytics organization, focusing on reporting, data analysis, and provingstrategic insights &recommendations to the CALA MarketSales organization. This position reportsto the Sr. Manager, Reporting & Analytics and collaborates with the Analyst FM & Market Sales, as well as the Market Sales Directors & Leaders, to optimize their teams’ performance.

The Analytics Specialist will be accountable for maintaining data-process integrity & accuracy to track Market Sales teams’ production while ensuring consistency to goal setting and incentive plans. This involvesproviding business visibility to stakeholders throughdelivering robust reports& dashboards, monitoring & reporting teams’ performance and providing actionable insights to inform businessstrategies. Additionally, this position will contribute to key projects such as sales predictability, development, and long-range planning.

This role demands a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a solid foundation in working with large datasets from various Sales systems, including CRMs, Lead Management, Contact and Contract Management, Transaction Process, 3rd parties, etc.

 CANDIDATE PROFILE                                                                                                                                                                           

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
  • 3+ years of past relevantexperience in reporting, business intelligence and transforming data into insights.
  • Proven experience in Sales Analytics: sales forecasting, goal setting, production tracking, data-driven Sales development, etc.
  • Ability to analyze,synthesize and provideinsights for large volumes of information comingfrom multiple Sales systems such as: CRMs,Lead Management, Contact and Contract Management, Transaction Process, 3rd party partners, etc.
  • Strong reporting skills,including querying, manipulation of large quantities of data, and ETL methods usingapplications such as SQL, Tidyverse, Pandas, etc.
  • Experience with visualization (BI) tools such as: Tableau,PowerBI, Qlik View, ShinyApps, etc.
  • Proficiency with Excel preferred (Formulas, VLookups, Pivot Tables,Charts, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Data Science applications is a plus (R, Python,Julia, Posit, Sagemaker, etc.)
SOFT SKILLS:
  • Ability to work independently and manage multipleprojects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills,with the abilityto explain complextechnical concepts to non-technical audiences. Native English- speaking audiences included.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (Englishrequired).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset,constantly seeking new ways to leverage data for businessgrowth.
  • An eagerness to collaborate with a team and contribute to a positivework environment.
EDUCATION:
  • 4-year degree requiredpreferably in a quantitative discipline (finance, economics, engineering, market research, etc.)or exact sciencemath-related (mathematics, statistics, data science, computer science, STEM, etc.).
  • Business Intelligence, BusinessAnalytics, Data Engineering or Data Sciencecertifications are a plus.

 EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS                                                                                                                                                                           

Data Analytics and Reporting
  • Maintain teams’ production data-process integrity and accuracy. This includes manual catalogs management, deployment changes, manual adjustments, and ETLs.
  • Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track business performance, highlighting trends, anomalies, and areas of improvement. This includes makingcurrent reporting more robust by utilizing new reporting tools,metrics, and sales parameters such as: territory performance, accounts penetration, customization, etc.
  • Support Goalsetting processby providing ad-hocreporting, goals’ recommendations, on demand data to supportnegotiations, and goals’ spread

up to SalesManager.
