As a Sr Sales Analytics Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be a vital contributor to our organization's data-driven decision-making processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and drive the development and implementation of Sales Analytics strategies
- Analyze complex sales data and provide actionable insights to optimize sales performance
- Identify trends and patterns to support sales forecasting and planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven sales strategies and initiatives
- Incorporate predictive analytics into current data architecture to further drive business opportunity
- Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, technology, sales and marketing
YOU MUST HAVE
- 2+ years of transferrable experience
- Proven track record of success in Sales Analytics or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools: Tableau, Python, SQL, Micro/ Macros Excel, Power BI, Alteryx
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead and inspire a team
