Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide data-driven insights to the leadership team. Collaborate with sales teams to address challenges, resolve issues, and provide the necessary support to achieve sales targets. Develop and assess sales support libraries and templates to enable scalable work processes as well as right and fast reporting and financial roll-up.

- Drive deep sales performance analytics for LATAM using ETL Tools reporting and CRM data.
- Deliver standard work through solutions that improve reporting and performance.
