We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Director of Engineering to join our team at Baja California´s East Cape who will play a crucial role in supervise the day-to-day operation of the Engineering area and assist the Director of Engineering in all aspects of the resort operations. Essential Functions Excellent understanding of Month-End Process including, but not limited to, preparation of financial statements, accruals and journal entries. Budget and Forecast preparation.

Assist with the execution of the annual Engineering operations plan Ensure all relevant Four Seasons standards, policies and procedures are developed, implemented and actioned Supervise all the operating responsibilities, coordinating efforts and establishing priorities where necessary Manage and assist with all purchasing needs for Engineering Meet with the Director of Engineering on a regular basis to communicate all operation activities and results Prepare reviews and development plans and take appropriate personnel-related action (i.e. hire, commend, discipline, evaluate, etc.) Participate in and develop staff training programs in order to minimize staff turnover and maintain high morale. Particular emphasis should be given to those individuals qualifying for future advancement Resolves residents' complaints, handling all interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.

Responds to all residents' requests in an accurate and timely manner. Oversee preventive maintenance and deep cleaning programs Knowledge and Skills Education: Bachelor degree in engineering Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years previous experience in Engineering department head positions Prior experience in a hospitality highly required Skills and Abilities: Strong Time Management skills to meet deadlines and timely response. Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment Desirable knowledge on HotSos, Workday and Abrhil Soft Software.

Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Spanish language. Experience in employee engagement, employer branding, onboarding will be advantageous Understand and familiar with quality standards and service standards of the hotel Reasonable cost analysis and cost management skills Highest level of integrity and transparency Apply an ethical approach to the outcome of situations Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams and vendors' delivery man Reasonable problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills
