This role will have responsibility for both creating valuable data mining and insight generation, as well as day-to-day activity execution to continue building strong relationships with our partners and optimizing their performance!
It has a strong analytical phase as well as hands on in the execution of commercial strategies and overseeing right operation.
As such, the nature of the work will vary based on the priority: some will require deep involvement and ownership of processes, and others may only need support with execution.
What you'll do- Support the Account Manager (AM) in all financial, operational and planning processes.
- Facilitate reporting of business performance metrics from multiple data sources.
- Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes.
- Identify or escalate complex support issues for timely resolution such as problems with data sources, stores, or app visibility.
- Oversee financial tasks such as invoicing and overdue portfolio.
- 1-2 years professional experience in commercial areas (consulting, retail, CPG’)
- Transform insights into action: be able to find a problem and propose a solution.
- Organization and Communication skills
- Microsoft proficiency ( Excel is a definitive must).
- English is a must
- The ability to balance multiple merchant management, without neglecting detail with swift execution.
- Proven skills in presentation (clean and sharp presentations). Clear communication skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal/customer teams (e.g., Legal, Marketing, Operations).
- Experience using a CRM (ex: Salesforce) to manage daily activities
