• Establish new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers.
• Creates sales tools and presents products advertisements to potential customers and designated partner.
• Conducts market study and survey competitors within the industry.
• Conducts customer profiling and maintains a database of customers to who Lalamove’s products and services may be offered / sold to.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Performs other related tasks as may be assigned.

• Effective communication skills in building and increasing valued relationships, market and customers for continuous effective business growth.
• Driven for long-term success of business through partnering, purchasing and closing deals to increase potential sales.
• Business intelligence in analyzing and collecting data that benefits the business and generate positive response from different campaigns.
• Proven leadership skills to handle team in directing good team management, personal organization, resolving conflicts and evaluating performances.

• Proven experience in the same role and industry is highly advantageous
• 3-5 years of Business Development experience
• Passion for excellence and for growing businesses
• Grit to succeed in a fast-phased working environment
• Must be willing to work daily onsite in Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX).
