As a Business & Finance Insights Senior Manager, you will have a critical role in helping LATAM leadership have a holistic end-to-end understanding of business performance and its key drivers. In this role, you will combine data from diverse sources to craft compelling business performance narratives for internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do for Us
- Create all the LATAM Region Internal and external business performance narratives, including but not limited to Quarterly Performance Deep Dive, Temperature Council, Decision Points, and Weekly Sales Reports to Corporate.
- Build relationships with functions across the Region to drive holistic performance understanding for narratives and ad-hoc analyses.
- Assist in the development and management of LATAM´s 360 Performance Management initiative – aimed to bring a holistic view of performance. Understand, integrate and use all sources of information for business performance tracking (NSR, Nielsen, BEACH, ICE, Hyperion, others).
- Assist in all Performance Management related routines for the Region and Zones (DP, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, etc).
- Manage Macroeconomic forecasts for the region.
Qualification & Requirements
- +5 years in strategy, business planning, finance or similar roles.
- Exceptional communication skills (story telling) evidenced by good verbal/written presentation ability.
- Experience managing large, complex data sets from various sources and ability to analyze and gain insights from them.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Experience in change management and/or process development/improvement.
