We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Change Manager 

What you’ll do:

- Leveraging technology to resolve issues based on linux/sql and all communications and providing key stakeholder management
- Leading, driving, facilitating and chairing all investigation activities, meetings, and conference calls
- Forming collaborative action plans with specific actions, roles and deadlines, and ensuring these are completed
- Supporting and nurturing process improvements and knowledge base improvements
- Continually maintaining and developing tools and resources to manage major incidents effectively
- Providing periodic major incident metrics reports
 

Preferred experience:

- 9 + years of IT experience of Incident Management
- Should have knowledge on Change, Incident and Problem request management
- Being accountable for resolving the outage via workaround or permanent fix.
- Advance level of English is a Must
