- With the General Manager, develop and implement the division's commercial strategy by channel across retailers and customer portfolios
- Build and achieve the Division results: market share, profit, consolidate, steer the budget and P&L
- Manage a retailer-centric relationship: build a strong relationship with the top management of the retailers to find as much strategic alignment
- Adapt and animate an efficient multifunctional organization to mirror the retailer’s
- Foster a culture of excellence: supervise the channel and the group of accounts
- Recruit, develop and manage teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and change management
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY
Proven results orientation of 15-20 years of working experience and capability in managing stakeholders, in negotiating, and persuading, as shown by:
- Commercial management experience characterized by the achievement of significant sales and identifying initiatives that generate revenues
- Success in gaining commitment of peers within the Management Committee and international partners to align plans and projects
- Ability to communicate with impact at all levels and to empower the organization constructively and collaboratively
Competency in leading a team with generosity in an international environment, as shown by:
- Demonstrated ability to work within a global organization, interfacing both local and international executives and leading culturally diverse business teams
- Great people development and motivation skills highlighted by the ability to coach and develop reports in a multicultural environment. Spanish and English are a must
Customer-orientation, sustainability mindset and online savviness as shown by:
- Demonstrated ability to shape/articulate a sound and successful e-commerce strategy with regards to competitive markets and ability to utilize market knowledge and client relationships to drive insights
- Strong entrepreneurial personality having a bold drive in the development of business opportunities on the long-term as well as being prepared to take risks
- Master local landscape and build your commercial roadmap aligned with our sustainability objectives
