Controlling Manager

The role will be responsible to manage and lead plant controlling activities by performing the following duties personally or through the controlling team:

• Prepares reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations.
• Directs preparation of budgets, reviews budget proposals, and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification.
• Investment calculation
• Long Term Cost Simulations
• Monthly Business Reports, Current Forecasts, Business Plan
• Provides management with timely reviews of organization's financial status and progress in its various programs and activities.
• Advises management on desirable operational adjustments based on analysis of actual cost performance data, or tax code revisions.
• Coaching of controlling employees to develop them to next level

• 7+ years’ experience within accounting, finance, plant controlling experience including ERP CO Module
• 3+ years’ experience in Automotive Supply Chain Management, managing teams
• Experience with SAP system
• Language: English (min level B2)
• Manage diverse entity legals
