In this position, you will be responsible to build and maintain relationship with other areas within the company in order to guarantee our quality standards and customer experience satisfaction. • Perform data analysis to propose business solutions
• Create and improve standard operating procedures
• Support shaping the social media support strategy
• Support on the execution and implementation of initiatives focused on enhancing the customer experience
• Creation of content material for presentations
• Optimize FAQ, processes and reply templates content to improve resolutivity
• Support on the analysis of performance data, measure impact to customers and internal OKRs

• Bachelors in Engeneering, Business Administration or related field
• At least 1 year until graduation
• Proficiency in excel is a must, other database experience is a plus
• Proficiency in English & Spanish
