Grow your career as a successful Distribution Support Manager within Hyatt Inclusive Collection, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Consumer Direct Global Distribution and Corporate Controller of HyattIC. You will coordinate and analyze reservation deposits received for hotels through the HyattIC website, in addition to ensuring efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts receivable and payable under the direction of the HyattIC corporate office.
A successful Distribution Support Manager will:
- Prepare the deposit report for the entire population for the accounting department.
- Supervise accounts receivable balances and reserve deposits.
- Investigate and solve problems with clients who travel through the HyattIC portal.
- Support handling and reconciliation of pending payments with JetPay and Roiback.
- Provide timely information to hotels about problems with the collection of reservations and possible fraudulent reservations.
A successful Distribution Support Manager will have:
- Bachelor´s degree in hospitality, Accounting, Finance or Business degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in account receivable or reservations department.
- Accounting and Microsoft Office experience.
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills, both written and spoken with clear communication skills.
- Excellent conflict-resolution skills.
