We are seeking for a highly experienced Regional Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Regional Executive Team based in Mexico, including the President of the Region,
The ideal candidate is self-motivated and will possess exceptional organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, effective team collaboration, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to provide efficient and effective administrative support and coordination to local regional leaders, ensuring that ways of working are optimized by working closely with leadership, making a difference and collaborating with other support functions and enabling teams.
Support the team in managing agendas, meetings coordination and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and ensure that deadlines are met.
Event Management and wider team administrative support when needed.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, including research, data analysis and stakeholders contacts.
Supervise and mentor junior administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years as an Executive Assistant , preferably in a corporate or leadership team governance environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar.
Fluent in English with advanced comprehensive written and oral skills. Fluent in Spanish language.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Self-directed, self-motivated, and confident in taking ownership of responsibilities. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Demonstrate team player capabilities, effectively managing conflict and hands-on attitude beyond the area of scope for this position.
