Prime Video is on the lookout for an exceptional Executive Assistant who is eager to work on a fast-paced and growing team, within a constantly evolving industry. This role will support 2 Directors in Canada and MX and will require an individual with flexibility, proficient business acumen, the desire to learn, and a sense of humor.
This position requires attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests across a global organization. The individual in this role must understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs, and drive improvements. We are looking for someone motivated, with a proven history of high performance and the ability to operate under pressure. The ideal candidate is confident, enthusiastic, resourceful, tech-savvy, forward-thinking, self-motivated, and a creative problem solver. This person will act as a seamless extension of their directors and will work closely with other Executive Assistants throughout the organization. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is important, as well as professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside of the company. The ability to work independently and collaboratively with a strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and customer obsession is highly valued.
Key job responsibilities
• Manage complex calendar requests, meeting invites, and conference room logistics
• Manage domestic and international travel
• Manage expense report coordination and submission
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
• Act as a liaison for direct reports
• Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
• Management of team space, including moves, growth planning and reconfigurations
• Work closely with the leadership team, partners, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
• Management of org charts and tracking new hire onboarding
• Management of team email aliases and shared folders

Mexico City, DIF, MEX
- 3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
