WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Ensure that the company's accounting records are captured correctly and in the corresponding fiscal period.
- The Finance analyst will have a direct impact on our business group, responsible for:
- Review and ensure that accounting documentation complies with tax requirements
- Register accounting information
- Follow up and solve accounting discrepancies problems
- Maintain updated accounting information in the system
- Prepare monthly accounting reports
- Carry out monthly and annual closing processes ensuring that the information is correct
- Attend external audits
- Maintain physical documentation according to the standards of the finance department
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor of Accounting, Administration or equivalent.
- English level: Desirable Intermediate
- Experience in:
- Desirable 2 Years in Preparation at Month End
- Desirable 2 Years in Capture of Accounting Records
- Desirable knowledge: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Excel, SAP
