Financial Analysis Lead - International Real Estate Developer

- Prepare monthly report for investors and property owners, sales commission calculation, sales & mkt activities dashboard

- Cash Sources & Uses for every month, update the business plan with actual and forecasts

- Project valuation, cost budget reports, gross margin analysis

- PTP and membership tracking schedule, sales prices per square foot

- evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual vs plan and forecasts

In charge of monthly inverstor report, commission calculations, business plan|Financial modeling, project valuation, forecasting and budgetting

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate, project management and valuation, family office, etc.

- Highly skilled in Excel and database analysis to support decision making

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Admin, etc

- CFA certification or Master's degree is a great plus

- Advanced English is a MUST
