Future Talent - Account Manager

After the 16 months rotation, which will include few months in Atlanta, United States and Lima, Perú, you will be part of the Account Management team based in Guadalajara, México . This team is responsible for running the sales activities of the organization, Developing & implementing sales strategies identifying potential customers, managing existing customer relationships.

Your role will manage the sales activities of the organization for a specific geographical area and/or market category.Manage existing customers and develop new customers in order to deliver Sales targets. (high level of complexity/Sales turnover).

Your Profile

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree.
• Hold a Master's in Business Administration or a relevant field applicable to the position.
• Have less than two years of experience since acquiring your Master's degree.
• Demonstrate fluent proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Italian and/or French is considered a plus.
