Job description :
Delivery Lead is responsible for the governance, planning, coordination and delivery of strategic programs / projects
Requirements :
- Knowledge and experience of all important Google and GCP Products is a MUST
- Good understanding of GCP Tech support processes & tools is a MUST
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated success in planning and controlling account related activities
- Interact and communicate effectively with mid and senior level management
- Strong track record of delivering high quality customer service within standardized guidelines.
- Execution support to various Developer Relations Accelerator programs
- Reviewing requirements of programs with the respective Program Managers
- Coordination and communication with external community leaders, ensuring programs stay on track and documentation is updated
- Regular syncing with Program Leads weekly or as required
- Keep track of issues pertaining to programs handled
- Coordinate travels for external guest based on program needs
- Work with external agencies on event logistics
- Program Coordination & Execution
- Collect feedback, preparing and presenting insights and results to the Developer Relations team.
- Serve as the primary eyes and ears for the startup community
- ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST
- This position is to work in a hybrid mode in Guadalajara
