We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Google Cloud Engineer:
Requirements:
• More than 3 years of experience with Google Cloud Platform - Infra/Security/Network
• Knowledge in Python and SQL languages.
• ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST
• This position is to work in a hybrid mode in CDMX
Roles and Responsibilities
· Will be responsible for handling cases and taking ownership of the same.
· Monitoring the case and maintaining proper follow up.
· Need to check the logs of the customer environment.
· Come up with Python and SQL scripts.
· Perform metric analysis.
· Work with Product engineers for further troubleshooting.
· Reproduce the issue whenever required in test environment.
· Need to handle calls with the customer in order to understand the issue if required.
· Conducting end-to-end analyses, including data collection, processing, and analysis.
