Role overview
You will be joining our Global Finance team, reporting to Gosia Potkańska , our Global Head of Strategic Finance and take accountability of the Group’s annual budget & quarterly re-forecasts. This includes coordinating with local teams and global business leaders as well as reviewing, challenging and consolidating their plans.

Your key responsibilities in this role
- Prepare the Group´s annual budget & quarterly re-forecasts. This includes coordinating with local teams and global business leaders as well as reviewing, challenging and consolidating their plans.
- Act as a point of contact for stakeholders across our key markets and business areas.
- Provide analysis and assessment of performance against budget (including monthly closings analysis) , identifying trends and making recommendations for improvements.
- Support local FP&A teams by embedding wider budget discipline and process efficiency across the business.
- Be a part of implementation team for the planning and analysis tool across the Group
- Collaborate with BI department and the Controller to build up insightful reports and dashboards to track business performance and deliver meaningful insights to business leaders.
- Identifying and driving cost or margin improvement opportunities.
- Support the business in the strategic procurement process (prepare POs, support/lead negotiations with suppliers, etc).
Qualifications
Your background - what makes you a strong fit
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (finance, accounting, or related field of study).
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a high growth or SAAS environment
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with cloud planning platforms (Oracle NetSuite Planning & Budgeting, Workday Adaptive planning, Anaplan, Pigment or similar)
- Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to efficiently communicate with senior business leaders, to influence decision making and drive change in a x-functional global environment
- Ability to adapt and work in a quickly changing environment, managing competing demands
- Very strong analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset, thriving in fast paced, always changing environments.
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Excellent English skills;
Ideally you also have…
- MSc in Business Administration or Finance or holding an Accounting qualification
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau or Google Data Studio)
- Experience with planning tools (e.g. Anaplan, Workday or similar)
- SQL knowledge
- Experience working in an organization with €100M+ in annual revenue

Logistics
- The role is remote first in any of our legal entities.
- In this role, you'll be reporting to Malgorzata Potkanska , our Global Head of Strategic Finance. You'll also be working closely with Gervasio Gari , VP of Finance as well as the rest of the Global Finance team who are based in Europe & LATAM.
