What you will do at Topsort

  • Design and launch a brand-aligned GTM Strategy: Work closely with the Executive team to measure and define what’s working, what we should do less of, and what we should start doing. Your first year will focus on targeting new leads and verticals in the retail media space, optimizing our sales funnel to support growth goals.
  • Lead and Manage: Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team to demonstrate repeatability, efficiency, and scalability
  • Customers: Identify, establish, and maintain robust relationships with new and existing high-value mid-market customers in the retail media sector to better cater to their needs.
  • Visibility: Effectively communicate Topsort’s key successes, challenges, pipelines, and forecasts to Topsort & the team.
  • Culture: Create a culture of winning, continuous improvement, and a “hive mind” low-ego collaborative approach where learning quickly spreads throughout the team.
  • Product: Work alongside product/design teams at Topsort to provide informed suggestions/feedback loop for Flex’s product roadmap that improves the customer experience.

What we expect from you

  • 9+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in retail media or a related field, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business. An MBA is highly preferred;
  • Minimum 5 years developing the sales function from the early stages of a startup through rapid expansion. Had responsibility for both sales development and revenue generation;
  • Strong orientation towards metrics with a proven methodology for setting attainable yet ambitious targets, routinely assessing productivity/progress, and making real-time adjustments;
  • Highly adaptable with a comprehension of the lifecycles of a startup;
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills coupled with interpersonal abilities;
  • Effective mentor capable of genuine high-performance coaching: holding sales reps accountable while offering coaching and training, thus empowering them to perform at their peak.
