How You Spend Your Eight Hours
Assist customers with account setup, password reset, activation code implementation, and other requests from customers
Offer technical assistance to multi-generational customers experiencing issues with their accounts via phone calls or email
Ensure accuracy and efficiency when troubleshooting customer problems
Support customers in setting up and managing their accounts and taking online exams
Enter and manage customer information in CRM system
Record and update complaints log
Help develop knowledge base to help customers navigate product
Identify leads and close sales
Collaborate with internal sales team to pass along leads
What You Must Possess
Experience in Customer Service (at least two years)
Proficiency in Office tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, and other G-Suite applications
Knowledge of CRM tools such as SalesForce (a plus)
Good research skills and ability to summarize large information
Ability to empathize with clients, identify sales opportunities, and present the advantages of the client’s products
Willingness to learn about the client’s service offerings
Strong verbal and written English skills
Excellent phone etiquette
Ability to speak Spanish (a plus)
Exceptional interpersonal skills and collaboration virtually and in an office setting
Strong work ethic and professionalism
Ability to self-direct and self-motivate
