Purpose Statement: Support and collaborate with team members in facilitating activities and programs to provide a culture of high performance, continuous improvement and engagement. Support in day-to-day operational administration activities and support to the Human Resources (HR) or Talent Acquisition (TA) function.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Support all of the following disciplines: recruitment and staffing, wellness, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention.
- Serve as primary contact and resource for employees to address HR issues, questions, and concerns while maintaining good working relationships and building credibility with employees.
- Perform pre-employment activities including but not limited to screening resumes, conducting interviews.
Additional Accountabilities:
- Identify and recommend process, policy, and procedural improvements.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
- A minimum of a(n) Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management, is required; a(n) currently studying last year, recently graduated is preferred one year.
Other Qualifications:
- Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills needed.
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills needed for working with a variety of people throughout the Company.

- English intermediate – advance (desirable)
Work Environment:
- The work setting should consist of an office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a low noise level.
