We are looking for a Key Account Specialist to focus on national and international food industry brands. The Key Account Specialist will work closely with the Key Account Manager and the business strategy team to reach the growth potential and maximize the coverage of Key Accounts. In long-term plan, a KA specialist needs to interact with the clients to support their business growth based on our platform activities and promotion strategic tools. Your Responsibilities:
- Support the management of a restaurant portfolio (Key Accounts) with the aim of increasing sales volume, revenue, profitability & user experience by strategizing with support of data analysis.
- Retain and manage Key Account business partners by supporting their revenue growth.
- Stay in touch with partners to build long-lasting strong relationships.
- Reach the full potential of the footprint of the brands in your portfolio.
- Execute the annual/quarter/monthly plan in line with strategy team in order to match the brand an platform promotion and platform activities
- Provide insights constructive solutions on improving KA’s growth.
- Execute promos and campaigns with the top restaurant chains
- Track metrics for recording the success and quality of the restaurants.
