Job Description: 

Be part of our tomorrow as LATAM Consultant Pre-Sales Engineer

LATAM Consultant Pre-Sales Engineer with experience in these industries: Telecom, Financial Services, Retail, Banking Services, responsible for development vendors assigned (Cloud, Security, RPA, Networking) based on leading practices to provide a solution that achieves customer outcomes. The Senior Technical Consultant is the functional and technical expert in customer engagements.

• Create and deliver workshops, demos, and PoC to customers.
• Design and deliver professional services related to assigned vendors.
• Work closely with the commercial team to develop and implement growth strategies at assigned vendors.
• Comply with the assigned certification plan.
• Respond to bids and deliver architecture proposals as required by our customers.
• Design and execute channel enablement plans.
• Deliver technical and pre-sales training to partners.
• Respond to requests within SLAs.
• Obtain excellent results in satisfaction surveys.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• 4+ years experience in the IT industry in Consultant Pre-Sales roles
• Industry domain expertise in IT areas (Cloud, Security, Networking, Automation)
• Creative with comfort running projects independently
• Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution
• Experience working collaboratively
• Certifications are a plus in any of these areas (Cloud, Security, Networking or Automation)
• English Level B1 or C1
