We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Launch Managerbased in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mex.

As Launch Manager you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to a New Product Introduction Manager

Your Task will be

•     Execute new product launches

•     Develop the implementation of PIP’s (Product Improvement Process)

•     Key point of contact with customer / corporate design and purchasing

•     Prepare and maintain program timelines

•     Assess risks with the appropriate functions

•     Launch programs within time and budget regardless internal / external roadblocks

•     Track and update Customer Portal Milestones

•     Follow up with all functions to ensure project risk/free and remove roadblocks by getting agreements with departmental functional managers

•     Communicate and keep plant informed of the program status

•     Filling up all program documents and to ensure passing APQP gates.

To be Successful in this rule you will need:

• Education:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of working in similar position.
• Excellence in Customer services
• Outstanding communication and leadership
• Teamwork
• MS Project
• English- Proficient.
