Job Title: Launch Manager
Opportunity to Coordinate functions related to the launch of a plant program.
Lear Corporation- Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, Alpha Plant (Presential)
We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Launch Manager, based in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico (E-Systems Division).
An Launch Manager is the person who ensure to achieve Program Management execution at manufacturing Plant level to deliver flawless Launches. Liason interphase between Program management and Operations.
Your Task will be:
• Manage Launch programs at the plant level at Lear Corporation.
• Support the function of the Car Leader to guarantee that all the resources required for the launch of the programs are granted.
• Monitor and audit appropriate technical, engineering and commercial documentation at the plant level.
• Ensure the appropriate use of plant resources and facilities for proper execution in terms of quality, cost and delivery of the program launch.
• Monitor compliance with the client's main phases and dates from prototype to SORP.
• Ensure the mitigation of blockages that prevent the achievement of the defined roles of the program.
• Ensure adequate communication of the program status and route controls to plant management.
• Coordinate with the Lead Unit and the Program Manager the program reviews to guarantee the proper execution of the program.
To be successful in this role you will need:
• Education: Engineering Degree, Master’s Degree (not essential).
• At least 2 years of experience preferably in the Automotive Industry as Launch or Engineering Manager or Sr. Coordinator.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point.
• Advanced English.
• Capacity of leadership, communication, organizational skills, high sense of urgency, with a focus on results.
