Descripción y detalle de las actividadesLead sustaining activities, desing engineering, procedures, deparment improvements and problem solving activities on new and existing products of the assigned product platforms. Leads design engineering projects as an integral part of the development and manufacturing teams for NPD and on-going engineering support to address customer satisfaction, improve manufacturing costs, reliability and RTY with emphasis on mechanical product. - Responsible for evaluating existing product related to design, manufacturing, customer complaints, quality deficiencies and performance issues and develop creative solutions.- Lead and participate in new product development and Product transfers activities , such as testing, documentation, releases to Manufacturing.- Generate product portfolio and identify opportunities for cost reduction and manufacturing standardization and engage Quality and Process Engineering to implement.- Applies statical methods for data collection, analysis and problem solving.- Lead design engineering projects of the platforms assigned.- Responsible to improve current designs by reducing cost, improving producibility, quality, testability, increasing robustness and improving reliability.Experiencia y requisitos- University (Title).- + 10 years of experience. - Advanced English.- Advanced knowledge on CAD Design tools, design principles, manufacturing methods. - Green/Black Belt (desired).Solicita este puesto directamente a través de nuestro portal
