Bringing Technology to life
 

As a Lead Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for post-sales support of customer issues. This can include repairs (both returns and field), Technical Support or a field service or other service request.
 

As as Lead Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
 

  • Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. Level 1,2,3 Technical Support – Resolves post sales Technical Issues.

  • Communicating across direct organization. Presenting to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.

  • Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.

  • Handling diverse clients in a region. Following frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.

To be successful in this role you will:
 

  • Have bachelor’s degree or have relevant work experience with significant experience in Technical Support/post-sales support/ project management.

  • Be technically competent in at least one CWI discipline (upper completions, lower completions, wellbore construction or wellbore intervention).

  • Be a successful written and verbal communicator.

  • Have the ability to influence others and work within teams.

  • Demonstrate ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
