Local Quality Manager in Chicago to join our Air Logistics team.
Your Role
Quality Manager for Chicago shall be primarily responsible for the management and integration of quality management and improvement programs and for the compliance of QuickSTAT's regulatory and guidelines for QuickSTAT in our Chicago Facility. Directing quality and compliance efforts and activities across the QuickSTAT Branch locations in the USA, working with the
Local Quality Managers and for implementing company best practices for assuring operational excellence.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the Quality team and customer engagement to ensure compliance with company quality initiatives, customer Quality expectations and regulatory requirements
- Implement and direct programs to monitor and track international laws and regulations, national and local laws and regulations that might affect the companies operational activities and identify and implement changes as required to ensure compliance and continuation of services
- Establish work relationships and practices to implement quality culture and best practices based on the priorities of the Quality & Compliance activities for QuickSTAT business and regulatory environment
- Manage and develop the management of the Audit Program and related functions for QuickSTAT Quality Management System
- Cooperate with commercial and operations departments to establish promotion policies for compliance, reporting, support and operational activities across QuickSTAT
- Report to the Vice President of Quality & Compliance
- Modality: On-site, up to company policy and hiring manager's discretion
- Out-of-state travel up to 20% of the year
Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor's Degree relevant to the role
- 3+ years of experience as a Quality manager for a GMP facility in a Pharma/Drug distribution vertical
- 1+ years of Computer Systems Validation (CSV) experience
- 1+ years of team management experience
- Proven commercial understanding
- Thorough understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and Good Storage Practices (GSP) for Pharmaceuticals

The target salary range for this position is between $86,000 and $110,000 Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
