Major Responsibilities:

• Audit carrier invoices, ensure all the documents required to be pay are all set in nVision system, process the received invoices, and make sure accounts payable received the invoice in SAP to make the payment.
• Feedback to carrier about their Statement of Account.
• Ensure with the carrier the access and the instruction acknowledgment to submit the invoices into the system.
• If you received a Premium freight invoice, you need to be sure the carrier must add it to the invoice authorization number (BEAMS). If the invoice is missing the BEAMS number, it will be hold until received.
• Prioritize time-sensitive situations
• Confirm with nVision the payments
• Double check the BOL with the SAP/TMS system, if needed.
• The invoices must be billing into the right entity.

Qualifications:

• 1 years of experience in Logistics environmental/supply chain industry
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Previous experience at least as internship
• Must have strong attention to detail and effective communications skills
• Strong customer focus
• Must be skilled in Problem Solving / Process Improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time sensitive situations
• Advanced desktop computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook required
• Must be able to learn and regularly operate various computer systems across different platforms (TMS, COUPA, SAP)
