Join our team and help deliver unforgettable experiences that make vacation dreams come true.El Gerente de ventas es responsable de todo el proceso de Ventas de la propiedad en comunicación con el corporativo, de todos los grupos y convenciones del hotel, incluyendo eventos corporativos, bodas, celebraciones, etc; no solo en salones destinados para ello, sino también en los diferentes Centros de consumo, desde el proceso de captación del negocio, elaboración de contratos, cotizaciones, coordinación con los diferentes departamentos del hotel.
El Gerente de Ventas, tiene un conocimiento sólido de la ley mexicana, para realizar un proceso de venta efectivo y para cerrar contratos de ventas y cubrir las expectativas de los clientes, creando excelentes relaciones con los clientes y asociados de la propiedad, agencias de viajes, OTAS, mercado regional y compañías.
Asimismo, la presentación mensual a la Dirección de los reportes de ventas, prospectos, posibles negocios a cerrar, recibidos por todos los canales de ventas, que implique negocios para la propiedad. Las funciones incluyen: captación, seguimiento, operación y cierre del ciclo de ventas, con todos los departamentos de la compañía involucrados en el mismo, con reportes y constantes de la posición del hotel en comparación con la competencia.
