Manhattan Production Support

We are currently searching for a Manhattan production support :

Responsibilities:

• Manage mandatory inbound and outbound processes using Manhattan WMOS (2017-2019).
• Build queries using Oracle SQL and SQL Server.
• Handle incidents according to ITIL.
• Utilize Service Now for service management.
• Ideally, have knowledge of SCI ( IBM ).
• Work with technologies such as XML, JSON, POSTMAN, SAP, HTML, API REST, C++, C, and Java.
• Maintain satisfactory customer interaction and communication skills.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of work experience.
• Practical knowledge of Manhattan WMOS , particularly in mandatory inbound and outbound processes.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and SQL Server for query building.
• Familiarity with ITIL for incident management.
• Experience with Service Now.
• Ideally, knowledge of SCI (IBM).

Desired:

• Knowledge of technologies like XML, JSON, POSTMAN, SAP, HTML, API REST, C++, C, and Java.
• Previous experience in retail, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), and logistics sectors.
• Ability to handle Manhattan OMS (Order Management System).

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
