Job Summary
The Marketing Assistant will play an important role in the Tetra Pak marketing team providing support in several key administrative task. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex events calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes for our company and customers, and coordinating domestic and international travel. You will help us build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group. In this dynamic position, you will have the chance to engage with the marketing team in various ways along with significant exposure to both the food and beverage packaging and retail industry.
The position is based full time on site in Polanco, Mexico City and will report to Marketing Director.
You will be travelling up to 20% of your time to our customer sites.

What you will do
As Marketing Assistant, you will:
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and support execution of events of all sizes for our company (corporate events) and customers (e.g. workshops).
- Responsible budget management events.
- Travel planning and management agenda of Marketing Director
- Keep constant communication and provide support with all marketing team members and other important stakeholders: internal and external (suppliers, agencies, etc.)
- General administration, ordering of catering and invoicing support of customer visits.
- SAP and other internal systems usage for administrative and support process (e.g. purchase orders, travel, and expenses, etc.)
- Assist with any ad hoc customer or account team requests.
We believe you have
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related.
- Advanced level of English language (verbal and written skills) is mandatory.
- 2-3 years’ experience in role or similar
- Nice to have knowledge in digital marketing to collaborate achieve marketing master plan, ideas, and strategy.
- Management of MS suite: Power Point and Excel, Power BI knowledge is a plus
- Used to work in corporate environment with standard procedures and compliance.
- Great customer service skills and a go-getter attitude
- Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills
- A drive for results and thorough follow-up
