Support meeting preparations, making presentations, and taking minutes.Provide editorial Peer Review and formatting of documents and marketing brochures.Build relationships with our consultants and their Administrative Assistants.Coordinate with US Facilities teams for production needs (i.e. printing). .Support and coordinate project management activities and assist in planning, organizing, and executing projects to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner.
