Medical Affairs Lead (m/f/d) Oncology

What challenges await you?

  • Provide leadership for the Medical Affairs Team Oncology, recruitment of new team members, development of team, employees and department
  • Strategic development of the TA Oncology in close collaboration with Oncology BUD, IBU and Global TA Teams
  • Product launches in TA Oncology in close x-functional collaboration
  • Collaboration with external HCP and institutions in TA Oncology
  • Planning and execution of advisory boards, scientific events, projects etc.
  • Close collaboration with PRA especially in regards of GBA dossier preparation
  • Medical approval, deputy Information’s officer
  • Medical education/training for Lilly employees
  • Preparation of scientific presentation and moderation of scientific discussion in Oncology

  • Board certified physician (Oncologist)
  • External network with TLs in Oncology
  • Several years of industry experience (Medical Affairs), ideally in TA Oncology
  • Leadership experience and skills, strong communication skills, business acumen
  • Strong strategic and analytic thinking
  • Experience in planning, implementation and analyzing clinical trial
  • A cross-functional mindset and a team player
  • Being agile and adaptable
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • PC-skills and fluent in German and English
