We are looking for our next Membership Sales Supervisor to join us at Landing! In this role, you’ll work on our New Member Team managing a group of Sales Specialists. You will be responsible for your team’s sales quotas and KPIs. Making sure your team follows up on new leads, generates revenue by closing new memberships and reservations. Maintain Landing’s level of service with prospects and members. Building trusted relationships, ensuring the best experience for our member’s community.

About the Role:

Our Membership Sales Supervisor is responsible for the growth of new members' business by driving performance within their team, owning their metrics and KPIs, and managing day to day activities. The supervisor is also responsible for implementing strategy and new tools. They are also accountable for the team's adherence to company’s policies and rules.

You will be joining a lean team of fast-moving operators who are building the future of Landing’s business model. The team is singularly focused on building a world-class experience for both property partners and members through great technology and consistent customer service.

What you'll do in a typical week:

  • Supervise the operations of your sales team.
  • Follow-up on leads, calls and results of our sales team.
  • Implement strategies to sell products or services.
  • Manage new prospects base to maximize sales.
  • Drive CRM adoption and quality.
  • Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents.
  • General support to your sales team. Interact with internal stakeholders and obtain help needed to solve your team’s problems and challenges.

  • You create teams that constantly exceed sales quotas.

  • You are a coach that primarily leads by example. But also knows when to apply performance management measures to your team.

What you know:

  • 4 years of experience in remote sales or customer service - preferable in B2C industries.
  • 2 years of experience managing sales teams.
  • Fluent English.
  • Proficient in the use of CRMs.

Provide a proven track record of building teams that consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
