MANDATORY TECHNOLOGIES

  • Oracle PaaS 4+ years
  • OIC, OTBI 4+ years
  • SQL 7+ years

MAIN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
-
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and internal teams on Oracle OSB, Oracle SOA, Oracle ODI, Oracle Integration Service, and OTBI.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and enhance technical documentation, including knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Oracle PaaS and/or SaaS administration

MANDATORY SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS
-
  • Full bilingual (English/Spanish), fluent communication

DESIRED SKILLS, TECHNOLOGIES AND EXPERIENCE
-
  • OSB, SOA, ODI is desirable
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) is a plus
  • WebLogic is a plus
  • Experience configuring and / or validating services in PaaS domains as well as knowledge about the services that these platforms have in Classic and their counterparts in Generation 2
