DirecciónResponsibilities:
- Ensures integrity & quality in the end-to-end payroll process.
- Ensures compliance, integrity & quality in the Payroll CFDI reporting through HRMS payroll system and PAC.
- Follows up to employee inquiries in Service Now system.
- Follow up to KPI´s.
- Promotes continuous improvement.
- Performance management, six team members.
- Collaborates with global, regional and local teams.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in end-to-end Payroll processes and its tax compliance.
- Operational experience in a shared services environment.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Proficient), Word, Outlook, Power Point, Banking Platforms. Knowledge of Oracle HRMS Payroll and Workday is a plus.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Spanish.
- Critical thinking, detail oriented and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent prioritization skills and time management
- Able to identify areas of improvement in established and new processes.
- Ability to research and solve complex day-to-day situations.
- Good communication skills to ensure a flawless operation with peers and leaders.
- Flexibility to work additional hours outside of normal schedule when required.

Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree preferably with a concentration in Business, Finance or Accounting.

- Manejo de excel avanzado.
