WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Prepare and coordinate in a precise and timely manner the General Accounting, supervise the processes of preparation and payment of Payroll, inter-company operations, capitalizations, reserves and exchange rate variation, payments to suppliers. General management of the treasury. Coordinate and supervise the month closings and carry out the preparation of financial statements. As well, as analyse all the accounts of the trial balance.
- Prepare the cash forecast and require sufficient cash to cover the payments of the Company (payroll, suppliers and Taxes), to buy and sell foreign currency
- Review and approve payment proposal and make payments by electronic banking to suppliers, taxes, advances and reimbursements of expense accounts and accounts payable process
- Supervise and approve the calculation of weekly payroll and extraordinary payments, as well as make your payment by electronic banking
- Manage Cashroom, purchase and sale of currencies to test, monitor and / or execute cyclical counts
- Prepares and controls expense reserves
- Supervise and control inter-company operations, registration of fixed assets, expense account process
- Issue financial statements
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Administration or equivalent.
- English level: Desirable Advanced
Experience in:
- Desirable 8 Years in Accounting, IFRS, and reporting.
- Desirable 8 Years in Analysis of Financial Statements
- Desirable 5 Years in Tax Supervision
- Desirable 5 Years in Personnel Management
- Desirable knowledge: SAP, Excel (Advanced), Personnel Management, Analysis of financial statements.
